Project Description:
Cherry Hill Construction has completed this project for Perini/Tompkins Joint Venture in 2008. This exciting project has been a terrific challenge.

Cherry Hill was originally contracted to perform only the bulk excavation work; handling in excess of 330,000 cubic yards and 210,000 cubic yards of backfill. As the project has progressed, Cherry Hill has shown that we are up to the challenges of this fast-paced and ever-changing project. As a result, Perini/Tompkins added to Cherry Hill’s scope of work the construction of the MSE walls, sound walls, river reventments, flatwork, and the site utilities.

Scope of Work:

• 330,000 CY of Bulk Excavation
• 210,000 CY of Backfill
• 163,000 SF MSE Wall
• Site Utilities
• Subbase within the Building
